Hello everyone, If you would like to live within 1 mile of “The Hook” near Portola in Santa Cruz and 2 blocks to the Capitola Mall and nearby shopping centers, I have 2 rooms available to rent to the right person.
The rooms Share 1 jack and hill bathroom.
I am in the medical field and work all week… It would be nice to share my home with someone with a similar background but not necessary:) I also have 3 puppies…so you would have to love dogs as well.

I will be asking $1,200 for the larger room and $1,100 for the smaller room.
