The house has 6-bedrooms, two shared kitchens, six shared bathroom, shared living rooms and common areas, and a green and thriving backyard.
The available rooms are $800/month and $1,015/month.
All utilities are covered by the landlord, except for Internet and Cable.
The residents self-manage the home, in efforts to keep rents affordable and to embolden grassroots, democratic, Resident engagement in affordable housing.
In order to self-manage the house, all Residents are responsible for participating in house committees along with opportunities to participate in SFCLT Board membership.
