No smoking of any kind is allowed.
So no pot or cigarettes or cigars! Drinking is ok.
No pets of any kind is allowed as well.
No overnight guest please.
No loud tv, music, laundry or cooking after 11 PM as you will be sharing with other working professionals during the weekdays.
1 month advance deposit for the room you wish to rent is required.
This will be a month to month lease with 30 day notice if you decide to leave or if I decide to terminate the lease.
