Welcome to the Bay Area's best offering of luxury living! We're a tight-knit community of hard-working individuals (almost all in our 30s) seeking another motivated, empathetic person to join our thriving collective.
There's currently 9.
5 (.
5 = 1-year old baby) of us living in a 7-bed, 8.
5-bath Hillsborough mega-mansion with over 10,000 square feet of space.
9.
5 people may sound like a lot, but the house floor plan strikes the perfect balance between the comfort of community and the serenity of solitude.
We're fortunate to have all the fabulous amenities you could possibly want, and strongly encourage all of the residents to utilize our entire offering: - Kiss parking woes goodbye with an easily accessible, dedicated parking spot (only steps away from the main entrance).
We’re just 5 min away from Downtown Burlingame and Caltrain, 10 minutes to SFO and Millbrae BART, and a short 20-minute jaunt to downtown SF.
- Prepare delectable meals in the Chef's Kitchen, which is fully stocked with premium appliances, including: 7 gas burners, indoor grill, master wok, 2 convection ovens, plethora of coffee makers (premium Breville espresso machine with steam wand, Chemex pour-over, Aero-press), instant-pot, air fryer, crock-pot, sous-vide, Vitamix blender, KitchenAid Mixer, Ninja Foodi, high end sets of cook and bakeware, and more! Everything is neatly organized and systematized to ensure you have your own dedicated cupboard, refrigerator, and freezer space.
- Frolic in the expansive back and side yards that boast a half-court basketball hoop, 6-person jacuzzi, swimming pool (easily fits 15+) with floaties and water guns, private picnic area, outdoor games (ladder golf, slamball, frisbee toss, cornhole, ping-pong), Pellet BBQ grill, electric smoker, fire pit, 4 sun-beds, dining table (for 6), barstools with chairs (for 8), server island, 300ft of string lights, enough outdoor seating for 20+, garden with fruit-bearing trees, and wild cottontail bunnies to put a daily grin on your pretty face.
- Get your sexy on in the home gym complete with everything you need to satisfy your fitness needs: treadmill, exercise bike, 315lb barbell set, dumbbell set, pull-up bars, TRX system, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other functional training equipment.
There’s also an outdoor gym (think CrossFit and HIIT) that includes a full Rogue Rig with 4-squat racks, GHD machine, pair of gymnastics rings, climbing rope, 300+ lbs of bumper plates, resistance bands, set of varied height boxes, men and women's barbells, rubber flooring, and all the small accessories you could want.
It's enough for you to warrant canceling your gym membership.
- Throw a steam party in the 4-person sauna with dual shower heads or meditate in the 1-person infrared sauna.
(If you’re not aware of the tremendous health benefits an infrared sauna provides, you may want to look it up.
) - Binge watch your favorite shows and movies in the Theater Room with a projector that displays a 200" inch picture alongside a premium soundbar system.
Google, Amazon, and Apple all play nicely here and Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Apple TV+, Disney+, and Amazon Prime are all included.
- Power up your productivity and set up shop in our dedicated co-working space.
Many residents work from home regularly and the co-working space is an area of the house dedicated to doing your best work.
It’s like our own, mini-WeWork complete with a wireless printer and all the essential office supplies and equipment you could need! - Play host to your family and friends with the dedicated Guest Room (we love guests).
Toiletries, clean sheets, comforters, weighted blankets, and towels are all provided for when you have someone near and dear to your heart staying with us.
Guests have their own dedicated full bathroom in addition to a half-bath.
- Find joy in doing your laundry on-site using our new washer and dryer.
Never buy laundry detergent, fabric softener, or dryer sheets ever again (or at least for as long as you live here) as all of those necessities are included with the house.
- Sit back and relax as we perform regular upkeep and maintenance.
Monthly: deep cleaning maid service for all common areas (your room can be included for $40), pool and jacuzzi maintenance to keep our water crystal clear, landscaping and gardening, and quarterly kitchen clean-outs to ensure the fridges and freezers stay tidy.
Every resident is thoroughly vetted and interviewed to ensure like-minded individuals are welcomed and bad apples are weeded out.
We work to abide by three basic principles: 1) Aim to give more than you get (it's how we make 1+1=3).
2) Strive to do what's in the best interest of the community, instead of what's best for yourself.
3) Communicate openly, honestly, and often.
The people living here are our most important asset, as we believe that you are an average of the 5-10 people you hang out with most.
Want to become successful? Hang out with successful people.
Conversely, if you lie with dogs, you'll wake up with fleas.
Here's a bit about the current community (9.
5 residents, 2 couples, 6 different countries represented): - My name is Ranier; I'm an entrepreneurial growth marketer.
I graduated from Stanford in 2007 and have worked in many industries ranging from fitness to technology and e-commerce.
I currently work for the blockchain company Sui Foundation.
- My wife, Adriana (a Mexican National), also lives here and is kinda like the Mom of the house that’s also a real mom.
She is currently a stay at home mom and spends most of her time watching our daughter, Ariana.
- Ariana, our 1-year-old daughter, lives in the master bedroom closet (like a luxury version of Harry Potter).
It takes a village to raise a child, and everyone in the house loves her as if she were their own.
- A French National is a reliability engineer for Tesla (if you own one, feel free to thank him).
He loves hang-gliding, hiking, and visiting US National Parks.
He can woo you with his lovely, French accent! - A Colombian National shares a room with the Frenchie (they recently got married!) She's a designer and a professionally trained chef! She has agreed to greet you with delectable alfajores on your first day here.
- We have a Berkeley grad that works as a healthcare consultant.
He’s one of the easiest people you’ll ever talk to and is native to the Bay Area so can give you a lot of great recommendations on things to do and places to eat.
- A Senegalese National is an up-and-coming artist and fashion entrepreneur who graduated from Stanford with a Masters in Mathematics.
She’s recently been featured in Vogue, Elle, and many other high-profile publications, and you can purchase her works in several high-end shops like West Elm and Nordstrom.
- A Filipino National works as a Financial Planner & Advisor.
She loves to smile, laugh, and is genuinely interested in how your day is going.
She keeps the house lively with her beautiful flower arrangements and witty jokes.
- A clinical trial technician serves as our resident tv and movie expert.
She’s a vegetarian who will bake you the most amazing bread you’ve ever had.
As a wine aficionado, she’s here waiting to pour you out a glass of something memorable while reveling in a few laughs.
- A Biotech project manager is one of the newest additions to the house.
She’s kind, gentle, and always down to do a family night.
She loves to travel, enjoy the outdoors, and horseback riding! Finally, let's talk about the available room.
.
.
It's a ~180 square foot room with hardwood floors and a dedicated bathroom.
It gets some of the best light in the entire house.
The room is being offered at $1899 and is inclusive of: rent, parking spot, internet, water, garbage, gas and electricity, security system, general liability insurance, maid service, all-digital entertainment subscriptions, landscaping and gardeners, pool service, and all common use consumables (laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc).
---- The room is coming available in the next several weeks and we’re currently taking applications.
If you'd like to consider joining us here, please contact me via email.
We can't wait to hear from you.
:) Cheers, Ranier
