We are looking to find a roommate to sublease a bedroom in our 3BR/2BT top floor apartment, available for sublease starting late January or February.
The room dimension is 10’9" x 10’9", and it has a spacious closets with mirror doors.
The room can come furnished (with a comfortable queen bed, standing desk, etc) or unfurnished based on your preference.
You will share the bathroom with another roommate (Roommate 1).
The common areas are large with a very nice open space living/dining area and a balcony overlooking the Wellesley Crescent park.

The professionally managed apartment complex has a communal grill, pool, coined laundry facilities, and a package/mail area.
There is one assigned parking spot inside the gated community used on a rotational basis between the 3 roommates, but there is plenty of open street parking.
The apartment complex does not allow smoking or pets.
Located in the safe and beautiful Edgewood Park neighborhood, the apartment is just a 5-minute drive to downtown Redwood City, and within a 15-20 minute drive to Stanford and major companies like Meta, Google, and Apple.

- A working professional with stable income
- Female in their mid-late twenties to early thirties
- No pets / No smoking / No drugs
- Quiet, clean and respectful
- Light cooking (preferred)
- Has minimal shared furniture (preferred)
The Rent:
$1202/month + $100 on average per month for internet + utilities (PGE, water, trash)
