The main function of a data analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems.

In this role, the analyst will be responsible for planning, budgeting, communication, and reporting related to Channel Experiences Operations across both existing and future partners.

* Modify existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
* Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.

* Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
* Basic knowledge of database management software.
*Responsibilities include:* * Data Gathering and Cleaning: * Collect and clean data from various sources, including surveys, websites, and external datasets.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Develop and maintain data models.
* Analysis and Interpretation: * Analyze sales figures, inventory data, and operational metrics.
* Dive deep into retail data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
* Evaluate performance metrics such as sales, inventory, and customer engagement behavior.
* Process Optimization and Efficiency: * Build customized processes based on business needs and requirements.
* Optimize partner sales and operational reports.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
* Collaboration and Communication: * Partner with Channel Marketing Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and other stakeholders.
* Act as a liaison between global 3rd party labor partners and internal teams.
* Foster positive relationships with manufacturer representatives and customers.
*Decision-Making:* * Leverage partnerships with the internal analytics and data engineering team.
* Assess and provide detailed recommendations for initiatives.
* KPI Management and Budget Forecasting: * Develop KPI management tools and dashboards.
* Collaborate with Finance on budget forecasting reports.
* Operational Insights and Strategic Solutions: * Analyze processes to improve performance for end users.
* Propose innovative solutions based on data-driven insights.
* Reporting and Data Integrity: * Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the organization.
*Minimum Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science).
* 5+ years of professional experience in retail, finance, channel marketing analytics, or relevant experience.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.
g.
, Excel, SQL, Python, R).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in retail analytics or related fields is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Creating/Managing Data Visualization experience with proficiency in Tableau/PowerBi preferred.
* Microsoft and Google Suite expert proficiency.
*Preferred Qualifications:* * Consumer Electronics experience.
* Experience with Tableau, PowerBi, Alteryx, Hive, and other data visualization and customization tools.
* Tableau Certified Data Analyst preferred.
* Familiarity with retail partners and their guidelines/processes.
* Experience within a brand managing analysis and budgets.
*Education/Experience:* * Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.
