*BLVD Residential *a privately held company with nearly 50 years’ experience in multifamily property management services, is looking for an *Assistant Manager* to join our team.
*Our Ideal Candidate Has:*
* 2-3 years’ experience in the property management industry or related experience
* Solid sales, marketing and customer service experience.
* Great people skills and loves being part of a team.
* Hotel and hospitality experience is a plus!
*What You'll Do:*
* Oversees, in conjunction with the Community Manager, day-to-day financials, sales, marketing, maintenance, and administrative operations of the community.
* Assists with accounting responsibilities including revenue management, collections, and timely processing of resident deposits.
* Markets the property using social media and other appropriate platforms.
* Respond to rental inquiries made by phone, internet and walk-in traffic with objective of securing appointments.
* Schedules appointments and provides tours to prospective residents on the community features
* Perform administrative duties related to the on-site sales/marketing function.
* Assist residents with work order requests, ensuring quality and timely completion.
* Together with the Community Manager, assists with setting up resident retention events at the property.
* Ensures compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.
g.
, Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws.

Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for size and industry.
