Inside Sales Representation
We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to add to our sales team.
Responsibilities will include:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead nurturing.
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales approaches.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Participate in regular sales training and professional development activities.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize and manage a sales pipeline and maintain a high daily volume of outbound communications.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.
Willing to work in a commission-only role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
