How You Will Make an Impact
Our customer base seeks luxury, value, and world-class service.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be on the front lines for delivering elevated hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base.
You will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase or lease their vehicle.
What Winning Looks Like:
Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone, e-mail, or in-person
Handle all incoming sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Build strong rapport with customers
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models, and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
Learn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
Prospect daily for potential customers
Attend product and sales training as requested by the Sales Manager
Realize that business is built on customer service and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers
Maintain follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
Maintain a high CSI score
Skills Needed to Win:
Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
Previous customer service experience is required, dealership experience preferred
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating
Possess superior customer-focused communication skills
Must have a clean & valid driver’s license, along with reliable transportation
