*Position Overview:*
Come work as a Customer Success Specialist and be part of our growing team.
You will be helping our customers daily on the phone, email and in person get whatever marketing, signs or print they need when they come to us.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to step out and try new things, be a little uncomfortable and be a zealot when it comes to making our customers happy.
A positive can-do attitude is a priority.
This is an on-site, full-time position M-F 9-5.
*Basic Responsibilities:*
* Greet customers
* Answer incoming calls and emails
* Handle routine questions and requests by customers
* Prepare estimates and invoices for customers' projects
* Process, schedule and track job production
* Ship out completed projects
* Assist in mailings and job production on copiers
* Hours 9am to 5pm with some limited overtime when busy
*The Important Stuff You Must Have:*
* You must be nice to our customers and those that you work with.
* Be a good communicator - in person, on the phone and by email.
* Have a basic tech aptitude with computers and internety type stuff.
* Like to work and work while at work (an occasional text is fine as long as you get your work done).
* Must be able to be on your feet for a good portion of the day and lift up to 35 lbs (we print paper and ship it in cartons)
* Be a multi-tasking Ninja.
We do a lot in a short amount of time.
Fast is the pace in our store.
* Basic math is a must.
* Must be willing to jump in and figure things out on your own, and take initiative to ask for help when you need it.
* You must be a life-long learner to work here.
Lots to learn and it’s always changing.

*Big Pluses If You Have:*
* Any kind of graphic arts production or experience in a place like PIP Printing or the sign industry.
* Software experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
