PLM is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to be responsible for order review, order processing, order confirmation, generate returns, answer questions, customer service related responsibillites.
Qualifications:
* Current/Preivous Expereince with e-commerece platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento.
)
* Previous Expereince with customer service related fields.
* Comfortable with making 100+ voice calls, emails, text daily to customers.

* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns.
* Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
* Comfortable with making 100+ voice calls, emails, text daily to customers to confirm orders.
* Process returns, exchanges according to company policies
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
* Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
Additional Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree+ preferred
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
* Proficient in using e-commerece platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.
)
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
