We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Medallion Rug Gallery.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include: * Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner * Providing expert guidance and advice on rug selection, design, and care * Conducting product demonstrations and explaining the unique features and benefits of our rugs * Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their individual needs and preferences * Negotiating and closing sales transactions to meet or exceed sales targets * Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape * Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up * Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail or luxury goods environment * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers * Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Knowledge and appreciation of rugs and interior design is a plus, but not required * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed _*We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, along with a generous sales commission structure.
