*Job Description*
As a Business Development Representative at LeadOrigin, you will be responsible for driving new client revenue and helping the company achieve its aggressive sales growth goals.
You must be a strategic thinker with strong charisma and hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing, and be proactive and driven with a hunter mentality to secure new business opportunities.
Your role includes driving growth in all digital capabilities such as SEO, paid media, content marketing, analytics, martech, and more, while expanding LeadOrigin's digital marketing services nationally and focusing on net-new logo growth and digital expansion within key accounts.

*Job Responsibilities*
* Convert qualified prospects into new clients
* Find and qualify new leads as needed
* Maintain a database of prospects, consultants, and current clients
* Conduct needs analysis meetings with prospects and create presentations for new business pitches
* Prepare and present new business proposals, answering any questions from prospects
* Follow up and work to close any remaining opportunities not closed during the proposal review
* Provide post-sale support to the Accounts and Production teams, including introductions, kickoff meetings, and addressing any issues that may arise
* Have regular meetings with the Account Manager to review progress and with clients to discuss strategy, satisfaction, and new needs
* Stay informed about current agency accounts for use in new business presentations
* Assist agency leadership with research and information gathering
* Look for and pursue sales and networking opportunities to expand the client base
* Attend networking and marketing events, seminars, expos, fairs, performances, etc.
* Surpass quarterly and annual sales quotas
*Qualifications*
* Proven track record of meeting quotas and selling a range of digital services and solutions to small to medium sized businesses
* At least 3 years of experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles
* Extensive experience developing and implementing plans to close large revenue deals
* Knowledge of search, paid media, analytics and reporting, content marketing and optimization, audience insights, strategy, and user insights and research
* Proactive and driven approach to securing new business, with the ability to also grow existing accounts
* Ability to work with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership, collaboration, and team-building skills
* Agency management experience (highly preferred)
