We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Channel Execution to drive club and online sales, membership retention and acquisition.
You will optimize data-driven and promotional programs across owned and paid marketing channels.
Responsibilities include managing channel vendors and media agencies, forecasting performance, and developing strong relationships.
You will also contribute to the channel strategy and build acquisition programs.
Reporting to the Group Director of Growth Marketing, you will work towards delivering a cohesive omni-channel marketing experience Location: San Bruno, CA | Dallas, TX | Bentonville, AR What you'll do: Define and own goals, KPIs, budget, placement allocations and performance forecasts.
Ensure alignment across orgs on business goals, KPIs, and market trends.
Plan and manage owned and paid media strategy to maximize reach and increase the growth targets based on member needs and priorities.
Manage the Directors of Paid and Owned channels and set SMART goals for each team.
Develop testing strategies (A/B and multivariate tests) in partnership with Member and Business Intelligence to improve all areas of the program.
Develop strategies to advance one to one member engagement across all paid and owned touchpoints, activating the centralized personalization strategy.
Improve vendor relationships to increase ROAS, reach, process efficiency, capabilities and technical optimization.
Present standardized campaign reporting across all channels and strategies - ensuring that all share outs include important learnings.
Partner with Product and Tech teams to communicate and share out data and technical requirements for marketing needs while prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives.
Test new media channels and media tactics to increase marketing performance.

You are a champion in continuous advancement of our one-to-one member engagement.
You have 12+ years in omnichannel marketing, executing, managing campaigns, managing vendors, preferably for an e-commerce/retail organization, and managing a team.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.
00-$338,000.
00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
