*Event and Client Relationship Manager*
Reports To: Vice President of Operations

*About the position:* As our Event and Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the organization, communication, and execution of various events, as well as building relationships, managing brand alignment.

Your efforts in monitoring, tracking and reporting of key metrics and event budgets with the marketing team will be very important.
In this role, you will have a close partnership with our Marketing team in NY, Sales team and leadership team.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* *Event planning and Partner Relations* ● Identify aligned partnerships with the luxury market, lifestyle, and clients to create an exceptional experience for our VIPs ● Maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with our strategic partners to find innovative ways to partner and enhance the event experience.
● Define requirements and expectations in collaboration with the marketing team for each event by maintaining open communication and coordination throughout the event planning process with key stakeholders *Internal coordination of events* ● Develop and implement luxury events, specifically in logistics and technical plans, venue arrangements site applications, and operational duties required for staging events ● Maintain the events calendar in collaboration with marketing department and align with ongoing activities with the company ● Create and maintain the run of show, guest list for each event ● Host internal meetings to coordinate cross functional tasks and responsibilities ● Research, and order event and promotional materials as needed ● Collaborate with the Marketing team on design layouts of invites, promotional materials ● Manage all quotations, hiring and purchasing of resources, and event venue layout.
*Events execution, onsite support and brand representation* ● Organize and attend venue walk-throughs with all necessary, finalize notes and details ● Act as the “ coordinator on duty” for the staff at the event along with being open and available to assist our partners to ensure the event runs smoothly ● Act as the brand representative during the events to represent the Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry brand with sophistication ● Attend all events including evenings, weekends and overnight domestic travels ● Manage and set up event booth and/or area including tear down activities with staff members ● Event ROI analysis and CRM coordination of leads ● Identify and problem solve unforeseen predicaments or situations and address those timely ● Follow-up with staff after the event for feedback and continuous improvements ● Coordinate with marketing team on CRM with new leads from the events ● Follow up with the retail team for any potential sales inquiries/leads ● Coordinate with Accounting and Marketing team to manage vendor invoices, event expenses, and co-op budgets ● Update monthly event reports completed on ROI, budget vs spend, and other insights to share with Marketing team *QUALIFICATIONS:* ● Minimum 3-5 years of event management experience; in luxury market preferred ● Solid analytical experience; technical understanding of CRM platforms, G-suite, excel, and understanding of marketing “ROI”.

*LOCATION:* The position is located in Redwood City M-F.

Attending trade shows in Las Vegas (1-2 times a year might be expected).
Travel within the Bay Area depends on the event planning schedule each year.
Overnight accommodations specific to assigned events are paid for along with other business related expenses.
It is expected that this role supports events that are planned including set up and tear down with the assistance of other staff members.
Working in the office is typically the location with an estimate of 20% travel (local and non-local combined).
There are months where we could have 3 events and others where we could have 10 events.
