Job brief We are looking for a Strategic account manager to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients.
Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales.
As a Strategic account manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients.
You will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs.
So, if you have excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account targets.
Responsibilities · Develop and implement strategic Account plans with stakeholder mapping and communication plans · Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships at all levels, including the C-suite · Achieve revenue and profitability goals for assigned accounts · Develop campaigns aligned to customer spend areas and business priorities, positioning strategies & competitor analysis leading to customer retention and penetration · Timely issue resolution, escalation management leading to targeted NPS / customer satisfaction · Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support · Achieve assigned strategic account objectives · Establish strong, long-term client relationships · Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs · Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner · Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
· Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services · Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
· Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts Requirements Requirements and skills · A minimum of four years' experience as a strategic accounts manager, or similar with proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager · Preferable - B2B SaaS enterprise technology experience · Solid sales experience in B2B environment for Insurance, Finance, Banking or Healthcare Fortune 500 firms · Must have delivered multifold growth in Fortune 500 enterprises with demonstrable strategies for account planning, radiation, relationship development and account based marketing · Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems · Understanding of sales performance metrics · An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships · In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies · Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude · Availability to travel as needed · BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field The US on-target compensation range for this full-time position is $110,000- $130,000 USD.
Actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, job-related skills, and experience.
In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
