Our team is searching for our next Full Time Sales Representative.
The Full Time Sales Representative will be involved in customer interactions, researching new sales leads, generating leads, and developing strategic ways to create long-lasting customer loyalty.
An Full Time Sales Representative must have a passion and excitement for working with people, with an extraordinary drive for excellent service.
*Responsibilities of our Full Time Sales Representative*:
* Develop relationships directly with new and existing client accounts, to better ensure quality of service and individualized satisfaction
* Maximize revenue to the client by closing the sales process with qualifying customers, and upsell when necessary
* Conduct presentations to inquiring customers, educating them on products and services, and moving forward with the sales process should it make sense
* Efficiently resolve any customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
* Identify changes in market trends in the region and educate oneself accordingly
* Work cross-functionally with other Full Time Sales Representatives to ensure all metrics and goals are met
*Qualifications of our next Full Time Sales Representative*:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, entry-level, or a related field is highly recommended
* Possess a Coachable mindset with the ability to work as part of a team
* Easily self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Unparalleled communication skills, both written and verbal
