You will be a key member of the Industrial Product Management team focusing on our B2B energy solutions: Powerpack & Megapack.
As a member of the team, you will manage our product messaging and content strategy across core segments: Commercial & Industrial, Microgrids and Utility-scale.
You will be a key member of a cross-functional team that leads the ideation and launch of hardware and software products across global markets.
You will also contribute to product development decisions that drive sales of Tesla’s industrial products.
As a member of the Product Management team, you will be required to wear many hats and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
This is a multi-faceted role where strong knowledge of energy storage technologies is a must, and working experience in the energy industry is highly desired.

What You’ll Do
Work with the regional sales managers customizing marketing campaigns to drive sales regionally
Manage product marketing content holistically including web content, brochures, email campaigns, and technical white papers
Ensure compliance with our global marketing and brand strategy across the market and manage marketing budgets as well as third party agencies to ensure campaign quality standards and targets
Measure and report the market impact marketing efforts are having on the company goals and its quantifiable contribution to optimize ROI and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years experience in marketing, 3+ of those years in product marketing; experience in the energy industry highly desired
Ability to craft clear, concise and engaging content
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams
Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
Experience in applying consumer insights to inform and optimize the product experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL
