What to Expect
This position is expected to start around May or June 2024 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.
e.
through August/September 2024) or into Fall 2024 if available.
We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying.
You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site.
Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive learning needs assessments for various departments, including Sales, Service, Delivery, and Collision, analyzing performance gaps and root causes Design and develop engaging and innovative training course materials for both instructor-led and eLearning formats, ensuring alignment with identified learning needs and business objectives Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to understand strategic business objectives and recommend appropriate training solutions Maintain, evaluate, and revise existing learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and other platforms to ensure relevance and effectiveness Partner with e-learning developers and multimedia specialists to create interactive online courses that enhance the learning experience Prioritize learning needs based on business analysis and ROI projections, and communicate priorities and timelines effectively to the training team Provide ongoing analysis of learning programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement efforts and optimizing ROI and assist in measuring and optimizing the ROI of training projects and initiatives, collaborating with analysts to ensure consistent measurement and evaluation Consult on learning design plans, applying adult learning principles and specialized business knowledge to ensure effective learning outcomes What You’ll Bring Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field, or equivalent The ability to apply adult learning theory and industry-leading training practices to solve business challenges Proven time management, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced experience in PowerPoint and SharePoint Experience using e-Learning authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, and familiarity with learning and content management systems preferred Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and business analysis Open collaborative style, with the ability to communicate effectively and build partnerships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts Compensation and Benefits Benefits As a full-time Tesla Intern, you will be eligible for: Aetna PPO and HSA plans > 2 medical plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans.
