*Must Haves:*
● One year of DOOR TO DOOR / B2B Sales Experience *\*REQUIRED\**
● Willing and able to perform and document 25+ in person cold calls *EVERY DAY*
● Self-motivated, can operate independently and has a proven track record of success
● Can communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
● High level of confidence with pricing conversations
● Comfortable “asking for the sale”
● Develop and maintain outstanding customer relationships
● Comfortable learning new tools and technology
● Ability to manage the sales cycle full circle
*Expectations*
● Perform daily outbound lead development activities including in-person cold calls and follow-ups, attending networking and local business association meetings, and by building relationships with potential referral partners.
● Take personal accountability for establishing and achieving prospecting and sales goals
● Update daily sales pipeline to stay organized and track all sales stages and progress
● Ability to maintain an understanding of product updates and offerings
● Working with integrity, a positive attitude, and being a team player at all times is an absolute must
*Nice to Have*
● Experience selling payment processing services
● Experience selling POS Systems to the Hospitality and Retail verticals
● Experience working remotely / independently
● Experience selling products or services to local restaurants and bars
*Compensation Components Include:*
● $48,000 Annual Base Pay
● Commission of $125 per new account
● Residual / ongoing revenue share on each new account
● Monthly production bonus of $500
● $400 Gas allowance - based on production
● OTE of $65,000 + per year
