Snowflake’s solutions marketing team builds our go-to-market strategy and executes innovative campaigns to accelerate business value for customers and growth for Snowflake.
As Director of Product Marketing, you will work across sales, product, and marketing teams, as well as our partner ecosystem, to reach line of business personas across functions and drive their motivation to learn about and champion Snowflake across their business.
AS A DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MARKETING - SOLUTIONS YOU WILL:
Own Snowflake’s strategy for prioritizing which personas to target and how we can best reach, educate, and influence them
Hire and lead a high-performing team to drive Snowflake’s awareness, sales, and consumption
Own messaging, content assets, and sales enablement assets to be used by Snowflake marketing and sales teams, as well as partner teams
Work directly with customers to identify key business use cases, measure ROI, and co-promote success stories to the market
Work directly with partners to build joint solutions that deliver tangible business value for customers and drive go-to-market campaigns
Collaborate across sales, Field CTO, and the broader marketing organization to conceive of and execute innovative go-to-market programs resulting in pipeline and consumption growth
Leverage data to develop strategy, prioritize opportunities, guide decisions, and measure performance of go-to-market activities
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
10+ years experience in product marketing, product management preferred
Prior experience in the world of data
Proven experience hiring and developing a team
Exceptional written, presentation and communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans
Demonstrated track record of building successful go-to-market programs and campaigns
Ability to build relationships and work successfully across functions
BA/BS required
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $190,000 - $283,500.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
