Responsibilities - Your Adventure Awaits! As a Program Director, you'll embark on an exciting journey where you will: * Develop programs by leveraging Skyhawks curriculum, crafting a vibrant and compelling sports experience * Ensure programs are set up for success with all necessary equipment, and ensuring participants have a good experience (and get some awesome giveaways!) * Oversee administrative processes such as sign-in and parent welcome, and implement safety protocols to establish a safe environment for participants to freely have fun * Help build the Skyhawks Peninsula brand using social media marketing as well as fostering strong relationships with participants and parents * Lead your own participant group while overseeing program quality and promoting the development of coaches * Administer roster management and maintain documentation for each program to optimize operational efficiency and enable data analysis.
Work Schedule - Where Fun Meets Function! * Winter/Spring/Fall Seasons: Multiple classes held afternoons, evenings, and weekends (once per week, 4-8 weeks).
* Summer Camp Season: Dive into one or more camp formats Monday through Friday, 9 am-12 pm, 1-4 pm, or 9 am-3 pm.
Qualifications - Ready for the Adventure? * High-energy and enthusiastic demeanor.
* Flexible and adaptable.

* Desire to build experience in youth development and teaching sports.
* Passion for developing leadership skills.
* Reliable Source of Transportation.
* Some experience working with kids (preferred but not required).
* Some experience coaching youth sports (preferred but not required).
* Multi-sport background (preferred but not required).
* Aspirations in branding and marketing (preferred but not required).
