Vyond is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst.
This position will be a key member of Vyond’s Revenue Operations team who is responsible for the analytics and data infrastructure that drives a top tier sales organization.
It is a high visibility role as the primary business analyst to sales management.
Key responsibilities include:
Architect a cross-functional data structure and strategy that spans the entire GTM organization
Provide operations and analytical strategy & support to the revenue generating teams by synthesizing outputs from multiple systems into actionable, data-driven processes and strategies.
Partner with Marketing team to monitor and report on funnel operations and performance, and ensure application of appropriate actions.
Proactively monitor and strive to maintain within Salesforce high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency across all GTM functions, partnering with Marketing, Customer Success and Renewals.
Own creation of reports and dashboards to measure and report on key revenue metrics, and perform deep analyses on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators.
Ownership over Sales BI tool (experience with Qlik strongly preferred)
Enable a best-in-class sales forecast, pipeline and operating cadence.
This will include everything from gathering data, improving predictive measures, running analysis, and facilitating forecasting and planning.
Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data quality and partner in the development of sustainable data practices and processes.
Identify opportunities for improved business efficiency and revenue gains.
In addition to strong analytical horsepower, candidates should understand the common processes of a multi-faceted sales team.
Familiarity with pipeline management, sales development and forecasting practices is expected, as is the acumen to work with colleagues at significantly varying levels within the organization.
Ideal candidates will possess a desire to understand the details behind how each piece of Vyond’s lead to renewal flow fit together and must approach tasks using a method that evidences a passion for efficient and robust processes.
The aptitude and desire to fully understand and continuously improve the status quo is required.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Go-To-Market operations (sales/rev/biz ops) or analytics.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfort analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (Qlik experience strongly preferred).
A demonstrated ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
Proficiency in our tool stack - Salesforce, Outreach, Pardot, Zuora, Clari, Qlik
Intermediate SQL experience required.
Bonus points: experience covering online sales.
