Position Summary: The Senior Director of Partner Marketing will lead our efforts to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive growth and enhance the value of our partnerships.
This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with our partners, aligning marketing strategies with business objectives, and increasing our market share in the bot management and account security segment.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies that align with Arkose Lab's partner goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute partner marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maximum impact.
Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, identifying opportunities for joint thought leadership and co-marketing initiatives.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and sales enablement tools tailored to our partners' needs.
Coordinate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between partner activities and overall business strategy.
Manage the partner marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our partner marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on partner or channel marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies in the cybersecurity industry.
Experience driving results with partner marketplaces (e.
g.
, AWS, GCP, and Azure).
Proven track record with referral, resale, and OEM partners.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, trends, and the competitive landscape.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000.

Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.
In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
