Snowflake's Sales Operations organization is actively seeking a Sales Operations Manager - Sales Systems and Process to join our Quote to Cash team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing projects to create efficient sales processes and identify opportunities to help scale the business.
This includes working with Sales and cross-functional teams to build or improve workflows, implement new tools, and drive sales and operational productivity, while ensuring compliance.
You will collaborate with Snowflake's executive team and functional leaders to evaluate, scope and prioritize Sales, Sales Support and Sales Operations systems, process and tools initiatives.
You will identify the operational challenges and capabilities needed to execute.
You will be responsible for framing the problems, setting the strategies, and organizing cross functional teams to successfully build new capabilities.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve and automate Sales, Sales Support and Sales Operations Quote to Cash systems and processes.
Act as liaison between teams to vet and translate business objectives and needs into sales systems & tool requirements
Work closely with business partners to develop clear requirements, MVP, business justification, and business outcomes to help assess risks and determine buy vs.
build opportunities
Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize new feature requests based on their impact to the business
Partner closely with the IT Team to ensure projects are scoped, implemented and delivered under committed timelines
Own projects end to end from requirements gathering to testing and deployment
Create and maintain key documentation such as BRDs, process flows, use cases, and test scripts
Act as subject matter expert for sales systems, data, and processes
Monitor industry trends to ensure Snowflake's sales systems and tools are current with industry standards and best practices
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
Minimum 8 years total professional experience with 5+ years working with sales operations, sales systems, process, and tools
Expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, CLM and connected applications with hands on experience implementing solutions and system integrations
Experience reviewing and procuring tools to support business needs
Experienced in SFDC release management and deployment activities
Ability to translate business objective and requirements to an agile development team
Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
Must work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches
Must possess business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences and develop trusted relationships across stakeholders
Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services
Undergraduate degree required, MBA a plus
