Responsibilities:
Guest Services Advisors will provide a well-rounded experience for Retreat guests.
It's like welcoming someone into your home.
You will assist them every step of the way.
As the Advisor, you'll meet your Guest as they arrive, assist them with their luggage and get them registered.
Once you've taken them to their room to get settled, you may offer a tour, review their schedule of services, a cup of tea or let them just sit and begin their journey.
What you might do next is get the breakfast, lunch or dinner set up and served with the Culinary team or head out with the Outdoor Sports Guides and go on a hike.
A Guest Services Advisor's day is ever changing and filled with variety.
Qualifications:
A passion for service is critical.
Experience working with people in a service role is preferred.
Valid drivers license and clean record to allow for transportation for guests.
CPR certification or ability to complete certification within 30 days of employment.
CA Food Handlers card is required but may be obtained after hire.
