Aide - In Home/Community Part Time (richmond / seacliff)

Seeking a mature reliable energetic FIT individual with experience working with young adults with developmental disabilities.
ABA experience is preferred but training can be provided.
Client is a charming young adult, a trooper and fun to work.
Occasional challenges can be overcome using ABA methods.
Available Shifts: Tuesday and Wednesday shift - 9am to 2pm.
Duties include daily living support, supervision, meal prep, light house-hold tasks and companionship to 23 yr.
old with severe autism.
Client has an ABA therapy program at home from 10am to 2pm with an agency and requires an adult to be present.
When ABA therapist is absent, duties include assistance with play activities.
Sat.
and Sun.
shifts - 10am to 5:30pm.
Duties include home play activities then driving client to Marin for hiking and then swimming at a pool.
6 month commitment required.
