Custom Panel Saw Mounting Plate for Evolution R185 CCSX - $60 (pacifica)

This is a custom made mounting plate for an Evolution R185 CCSX Multi-Material Cutting Saw.
This is ready to mount onto a 20mm Linear Shaft kit to turn it into a metal-capable panel saw.
I had two of these plates made, in case I made an error while assembling, but I had no problems, so I don't need the spare anymore.
This is a precision cut piece of 1/4" thick steel, weighing about 12lbs.
You can get the linear shaft kit on Ebay for about $50.
Then just mount the entire thing onto a riser block (I used 2" thick steel bars, but plain wood should work fine).
Mount your blocks on a sheet of MDF and it's ready to go, though I recommend a fence to line up your work.
The plate is cutout for normal orientation, or a 90 degree orientation if you want that.
The plate is unfinished, and the set screw adjustment holes are tapped for M5 screws.
I'll include three set screws with it.

As simple as unscrewing five bolts and putting them onto the custom plate.
