*Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:*
· Utilize project management system to input real-time project data that will be used to report of project status including but not limited to percentage of completion of services, current estimates and forecasted contract growth, trade package buyouts, updated monthly schedules, including projected time to completion and estimated cost to complete as well as other project documents.
· Produce reports and deliverables to help the client manage the project and make decisions.
Reports and deliverables may include but are not limited to:
o Monthly reports highlighting project progress and any issues
o Project cost and budget reports, cash flow reports
o Project schedule reports including detailed schedule reports, schedule trend reports, schedule recovery recommendations, etc.
o Potential and anticipated project risk and issues
o Quality assurance and quality control processes and status of compliance
o Monthly safety reports
o Other reports and presentations at various levels of detail as requested
· Provide high level project cost information to the Airpot’s Capital Program Support Services Contractor (CPSS) for input into the overall Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
· Work closely with multiple project parties oject staff and stakeholders to collect cost data for cost control, cost trending, cost forecasting and earned value reporting
· Coordinate with various project parties on management of trade packages
· Other project controls/project management tasks as requested by the project manager
*Qualifications:*
· Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls (cost and schedule control, schedule)
· Experience with using project management information systems (e.
g.
Unifier) and/or project controls software
· Working knowledge of scheduling concepts
· College degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or other related field; or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience
· Knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software is a plus
· Project controls experience for public sector CM/GC projects especially in aviation is a plus
· Experience working on FAA projects or other projects with federal reporting requirements is a plus
· Relevant professional certification or registration is a plus
