Part Time Morning Baker at IyengarBakehouse (san mateo)

IyengarBakehouse needs an energetic part time morning baker for weekend operations in San Mateo, California.
We are a small Indian themed bakery looking for an experienced baker who can learn the flavor profile of our products and bring a creative twist to our product list.
Candidates must be comfortable working alone or along with a small team.
Tasks include but are not limited to - Measuring recipes precisely and mixing dough - Mixing dough with a planetary mixer - Shaping dough - Cleaning utensils - Chopping vegetables/herbs(occasionally) Pay Rate : $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience level Hours : Approximately 6 - 11 am on Saturdays.
Hours may increase over time depending on business growth Requirements - Commercial or home baking experience is a MUST.
- Must be able to follow recipe and mix dough - Must know the fundamentals of shaping, proofing and baking dough - Must have a reliable transportation to get to San Mateo early on a Saturday.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs of weight
