*Technical Program Manager, Wire Harness*

*Responsibilities*
* Work with team/department leads to translate milestones into detailed execution timelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on solutions and ensure change management documentation and approvals are on-time.
* Improve processes to work more efficiently with internal teams and our suppliers.

* *Qualifications*
* BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline, with a passion for electric, autonomous mobility
* 5+ years of experience in leading engineering teams and/or program management
* Hands-on experience with project management/reporting tools (i.
e.
, MS Project, SmartSheet, JIRA, Confluence)
*Bonus Qualifications*
? Experience in highly regulated industries (automotive, aerospace, etc.
)
? Familiarity with Electronic Device Transmittals and/or LV wire harness development or manufacturing.
? Experience in leading projects from concept to production
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $84.
00 - $89.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
