Lead Cabinet Installer

*Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 4 years’ experience as a premium grade cabinet installer.
* Experience and knowledge of OSHA and EPA * Previous jobsite leadership experience preferred * Must have own vehicles and tools (VCI will finance tools if needed) * This position travels to jobsites throughout the greater Bay Area *Primary Function of Work: * * Assist with the unloading of cabinetry into specific rooms when needed * Communicates with project managers, fieldwork manager, customers, contractors in regards to all aspects of the installation process * Installs cabinetry as per the Village Collection Process * Ensures quality by inspecting cabinets at delivery and then throughout the entire installation process * Track and detail daily progress worksheets * The Village Collection is an Equal Opportunity Employer Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period may apply COVID-19 Precaution(s): * Personal protective equipment provided or required * Temperature screenings * Social distancing guidelines in place * Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Work Remotely * No This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: * Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous * People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
