JOB SUMMARY: The CQV/TOP Senior Project Manager works on project activities and may perform as a project lead to plan and coordinate Project Document & Data Management (PDDM), CQV/TOP document management directly related to cGMP Facilities.
Project responsibilities including support of team objectives and project milestones.
This position will provide support for any role in PDDM in an efficient manner while maintaining effective communication with Project Client, Engineering Companies, Subcontractors, internal team members, and field personnel.
This position may supervise intermediate level work processes and work with the process throughout with a team or independently.
This role will learn high level processes on a smaller to larger project to work within a team or independently.
This role requires knowledge of CQV/TOP procedures and relevant company policies.
Strong Data Management System experience is required.
SALARY RANGE: $150,000 - $200,000 company wide BENEFITS: Group medical, vision and dental insurance including choice of two benefit plans – a PPO plan and a high deductible / Health Saving Account Plan with company contribution to HSA.
Company-paid Short- & Long-Term Disability plans, group Life Insurance, and AD&D plans Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans (for health care and dependent care) Untracked / Unmeasured vacation.
Sick Leave accrued at 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked with a carryover of 80 hours.
9 paid Holidays each year Paid Parental Leave Annual Discretionary Bonus based on company profitability and your manager’s assessment of your performance.

Execute designated PDDM workfaces if working independently.
Complete some project start up and close out activities that will be required for execution.
Responsible for delivering all execution reporting on predetermined processes.
20-40% Travel required based on need.

QUALIFICATIONS: A combination of education and directly related experience equal to fifteen (15) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Four (4) year technical degree, diploma, or global equivalent preferred Requires fifteen (15) years of project related experience related to CQV/TOP’s Project related experience in the engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction (EPFC) industry.
Thorough, working knowledge of and experience with computers and specialized software programs such as electronic document management systems, relational databases, and internet-based project collaboration systems.
Strong organizational skills, judgment, and flexibility Demonstrated problem resolution and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
