We specialize in installation of custom made window treatments.
Including but not limited to blinds, shades, shutters vertical blinds and drapes.
We are looking for energetic installers to join and grow with our Company.
We work all over the Peninsula and Bay area.
We have high demand for installers to join our Rebarts Family.
Various duties while working in the shop include, but are not limited to:
* Perform *in-home measurements and installations* of our custom window treatment products
* Installation and programming of motorized window treatmentsMatching purchase orders with packing lists and invoices.
* Responsible for keeping shop and vans organized, neat and clean.
* Perform repairs on blinds, shutters, shades etc.
Install and program motorized blinds and shades.
* Organize and maintain inventory of parts and stock items.
* Sort and prepare customer orders for delivery and/or installation.
* Load van with orders according to job route.
* Drive van to job locations.
* Unload and carry goods into customers homes or businesses.
* Take down old window coverings, and install new.
* Haul away old window coverings and packaging.
* Explain to customers how to operate their new window coverings, including cleaning instructions.
* Process final paperwork and collect balance due from customers.
* Able to use a credit card reader.
* Requirements:
* Must have a valid California drivers license and able to provide a DMV printout with a clean driving record.
* Be able to pass a security background check
* Proficient in spoken and written English.
* Experience preferred, but willing to train.
* Must have good handwriting.
* Must be punctual, reliable and able to occasionally work overtime.
* Must be skilled with hand tools, cordless drills, saws, levels, tape measures, various fasteners etc.
* Be able to climb stairs and occasionally work on tall ladders.
* Be able to lift and carry boxes up to 60 lbs.
* Must be neat in appearance at all times and must conduct themselves in a professional businesslike manner.
* Must be detail oriented and possess professional pride in their workmanship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.
00 - $28.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
