Description:*Job Summary and Mission*
The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the manufacturing process.
This role will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.
The Production Coordinator collaborates with multiple teams, including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance, to streamline processes and ensure smooth operati*ons.

*Summary of Key Responsibilities*
* Works with Operations leadership team and HR to maintain all employee punches, verifies that punches correlate with daily schedule.
* Generates/Maintains and coordinates all PTO requests with Operations leadership.
* Supports Planning and Production Managers in the scheduling of key personnel.
* Maintains overview of all direct labor hours.

Provides weekly snapshot to Operations leadership.
* Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
Reviews those metrics with operations leadership as requested by the Plant Director.
* Works with the Production Manager on generating work orders, reviewing production schedules, and allocating resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to meet production demands and customer requirements.
* Maintains recipe/BOM integrity by overseeing recipe performance, analyzing the waste log, working in tandem with R&D.
* Maintains ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) BOM (Bills of Material) status and all other production related materials with the ERP system.
* Creates 1-point lessons for various aspects of the production facility.
Performs weekly health checks to ensure adherence.
* Ensures all SOPs are adhered to and improved upon.
Performs SOP health checks as directed by Plant Director and senior level leadership.
* Develop and coordinate training needs for all new products and/or changes to existing products.
Takes lead on communicating needs to all departments within the facility.
Requirements:*Basic Qualifications*
* Education: Desirable high school diploma or its equivalent.
* Equipment/Software Skills: Computer skills (ERP software preferred).
* Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
* Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
* Language Requirements: Bi-Lingual Preferred
