Site Safety Manager

Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes, including OSHA standards - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Manage site safety programs and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations - Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and ensure worker safety - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including training and development opportunities - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations - Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports Skills: - Strong knowledge of construction safety management principles and practices - Proficiency in Procore - Excellent understanding of compliance management, including regulatory requirements for construction projects - Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards (OSHA) and ability to implement effective safety programs - Experience in risk management, including identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies - Ability to build effective relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders - Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and ability to manage claims effectively - Understanding of environmental health and safety (EHS) practices in the construction industry Local candidates preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45.
