> 10 + years’ experience in residential building with 5 years’ experience managing new Custom home construction.
> Professional.

> Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks .
> Attention to detail and high quality standard.
> Ability to read a complex set of plans and specifications.
> Problem solver.
> Proven track record of bringing projects in on budget and schedule.
> Proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, email and other programs needed to do your job.
Job Tasks > Maintain an orderly and clean work site at all times.
> Technical layout and oversight at all construction phases.
> Monthly written updates to project team and owner.
> General Supervision and or organization of employees and subcontractors working on the project.
> Document RFI’s as needed to clarify scope of work.
> Document and get approval for change-orders throughout the build.
> Evaluate, redline and sign-off shop drawings for custom cabinets, doors, windows, etc.
> Lead site meetings with client, architect and consultants as needed.
> Bid evaluation and sign-off.
> Scheduling and attending inspections.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $125,000.
