Job Summary This paragraph summarizes the general nature, level and purpose of the job.
The CMMS Analyst maintains the department's computerized equipment maintenance management system (CMMS) in accordance with departmental policies and practices, assuring data quality and integrity, and use of terminology, nomenclature, and data entry standards.
Coordinates and administrates the CMMS Software system including interfaces to any other systems.
Provide technical direction to the maintenance staff to accomplish issuance of work orders, planning, maintenance and repair of equipment, updating work orders as required, maintaining storeroom inventories, maintaining critical spare parts inventories, updating spare parts inventories, and assist with requisitioning of parts and materials at the project.

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
Serves as a resource to management on CMMS operations and works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to define changes and/or upgrades to the CMMS.
Executes the installation of changes and/or upgrades to the CMMS as directed by management; tests and ensures established requirements are met; refers issues to management.
Utilizing an asset management application, receives, reviews, prioritizes and schedules preventive maintenance, facilities work requests and other routine work orders.
May include pricing jobs from estimating through project reconciliation.
Develops and runs reports at the request of department management on an as-needed or scheduled basis.
Creates and maintains system user profiles and manages user access rights.
Investigates technical issues and works with the system vendor as necessary to resolve.
Designs, manages, develops, implements, and trains all CMMS related business processes including management of monthly OSHA training documents, General Services standard operating procedures, and training all vendors.
Provides application support to existing CMMS.
Monitors the status of interfaces between the CMMS and other systems and responds appropriately to resolve or refer identified issues.
Follows up on daily OPS work orders as required and ensures work is promptly assigned out to Engineering to resolve.
Rout epares reports identifying work in the cue and back log.
Assists Manager in maintaining staffing capacity and workload to ensure resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or greater.
Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible directly related work experience.
License/Certification: None required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities These are the observable and measurable attributes and skills required to perform successfully the essential functions of the job and are generally demonstrated through qualifying experience, education, or licensure/certification.
Ability to develop programs and lead process improvement projects.
Ability to read and interpret instructions.
Ability to research and interpret relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards.
Ability to strategize, plan and implement change.
Ability to supervise, coach, mentor, train, and evaluate work results.
Ability to work effectively both as a team player and leader.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Knowledge and understanding of relational databases.
Knowledge of automated materials management functions.
Knowledge of building systems to include but not be limited to mechanical; electrical; plumbing; fire life safety.
Knowledge of record keeping techniques and basic office practices and procedures.
