*Job Title: Sourcing Manager* *Location: Foster City CA Hybrid* *Durations: 11 months* *Pay range: $30 to $35/hr* *3 days onsite 2 days remote* * Extensive experience vetting architectural, MEP, and GC firms.
* An understanding of construction market forces with an emphasis on the Bay Area.
* Pre-existing relationships with local market participants a major plus.
* GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) construction experience a major plus.
* Demonstrated understanding in the AIA design and construction contract set.
* Demonstrated experience preparing RFP documents for design and construction.
* Demonstrated experience analyzing bid results, leveling bids, and negotiating rates/fees.
* Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional relationships to drive a transparent decision-making process.
* Experience identifying and negotiating the purchase of long-lead equipment.
