journeyman carpenter needed (burlingame)

Looking for a carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Would prefer someone with 5+ years of experience.
General or rough carpentry skills are helpful.
But, finish carpentry skills are required.
Project is 3-6 months of full time work for the right individual.
Willing to pay between $30-$50 CASH an hour for your time.
This is somewhat negotiable; wages will be fairly based upon what you bring to the table, factors such as your level of skill, general knowledge, rate of production and quality of craftsmanship will be reviewed & considered.
Pay raises occur based on productivity, quality of work and professionalism.
You cannot fake your skill set on this property.
Must understand/speak English fairly well.
