General Manager (GM)

Local home improvement company seeking General Manager to run our home remodeling business - focusing mostly on bathrooms renovations.
This is a fast-paced, detail oriented position and will be counted on to lead the business on a day to day basis.
We are looking for a team player that can also work very well independently as a self-starter and can hire/train installers and also let people go as needed.
We are looking to run 4 different crews (M-F) and need this person to manage schedules and ensure *DUTIES TO INCLUDE:* Assisting owner in running day to day business Meet with customers during order verification/estimation process.
Take technical measurements for all custom order products needed for project completion.
Manage certain aspects of projects.
Manage Installation crews in the field and help with retention/hiring and firing for installers.
Implement inventory and ordering systems.
Training new installers and testing trainees.
*QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:* General Contractor License 10+ years of production/construction experience with 5+ years in a leadership position Strong Attention to Detail.
Leadership skills with the ability to train.
Ability to prioritize time/attention.
Great Communication Skills - Both Written and verbal.
Background and experience in all Microsoft Office Programs.
Positive Attitude in everything you do.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
00 - $100,000.
