Assistant Project Manager

MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE USA MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 40 POUNDS AND WALK LONG DISTANCES (Field work required) MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE BAY AREA We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will support project management efforts and also perform some light field work.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with project duties and help keep things organize - Search for new customers and foster strong customer relationships - Will need to work in the field wearing steel toed boots and full PPE Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders - Attention to detail and a critical thinker with problem-solving abilities - Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
