We continue to launch valuable ENT solutions in these areas as well as tissue health and balloon sinus dilation.
The Technician III - 2nd Shift will support second shift production by ensuring the setup of equipment daily, ensuring issues that arise during the shift are resolved and/or escalated to engineering, work to maintain and improve production yields particularly from drug spray coating, and identify and resolve safety hazards.
May occasionally be requested to perform IQ/OQ qualification of equipment, Preventive Maintenance activities, Lean process improvements and to guide operators on the efficient use of the production lines and equipment.
May occasionally be asked to help train operators on new processes.
Communicate with the shift and management on issue resolution or improvements being implemented.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience
Ability to work second shift (1:30pm-10:30pm)
Nice to Have
Medical device manufacturing experience
Demonstrated mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills
Solidworks CAD experience
Experience using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience collecting, documenting, analyzing and interpreting data
Knowledge of GMP for medical devices
Experience improving processes and work instructions
Experience using Agile PLM system
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

This position is eligible for a short-term incenive plan.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
