*Duties:*
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to identify and address potential issues
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing problems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing projects
*Qualifications:*
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber license or equivalent certification
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or in a similar role [minimum 1 year of experience]
-Specializing in residential service with emphasis in tankless water heaters and standard water heaters
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices in the Bay Area
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles
- Experience with pipe threading, welding, and soldering techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

You will be drug tested and background checked and need to have a clean driving record.
Experienced Journeyman will be provided with fully stocked Van.
No smoking in the Work vehicles.
-You will be responsible for completing service calls, maintaining inventory on the van provided, and maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship and customer Service.
-you will be working directly with homeowners and required to be clean honest and courteous in their homes.
