Construction Manager

Job Description Construction Manager with Inbuilding experience needed in the Bay area, Palo Alto - Very strong CM inbuilding DAS/Inbuilding - Req will drop next week - if they find the right person, he will pull the trigger ASAP.
Must have DAS/Inbuilding experience!!!! *Location*: Must be local to Palo Alto and on site every day.
*Must Haves:* High School Diploma or GED required \* 5+ years as a Senior Construction Manager or 10+ years of construction experience \* Construction Project Management experience is required \* Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods \* Ability to interpret engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings and contracts \* Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards \* Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices \* Knowledge of project controls, Conflict management and problem-solving skills and Leadership ability Job Type: Contract Salary: $80,000.
