Framing Carpenter - High-end Residential Experience! (palo alto)

Builders is a long-established Framing Company who is looking for a well-qualified framing carpenter for high-end custom residential homes.
The ideal candidate shall possess the flowing qualifications and success attributes: Qualifications: • Ability to take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed • Ability to cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.
g.
fiberglass) according to measurements • Ability to build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items • Ability to lay out floorings, roofing’s or drywalls ensuring they are all leveled and compatible • Ability to use electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.
) • Ability to build scaffolding and other construction structures • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the construction trade industry required and/or recently graduated • Previous Residential framing construction experience is a Must! • Team player, excellent attitude and pleasant personality is required Success Attributes: • Ability to speak fluent in English and Spanish is preferred!
