The Vice President of Operations
Will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to multiple operational functions, ensuring seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Implement process improvements to optimize production and reduce operational costs.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive customer success initiatives.
Collaborate with the customer success team to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide leadership to the installation and project management teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet customer expectations.
Implement best practices to streamline installation processes and project management methodologies.
Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Collaborate with relevant teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Drive initiatives to improve overall operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance supply chain management.
Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and measure operational success.
Built and led high-performing teams in manufacturing, factory operations, customer success, installation, and project management.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a key liaison between operational functions and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on operational performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing manufacturing, factory operations, customer success, installation, and project management.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational management
Job Title and Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $300,000, based on full-time employment.
Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
