We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Siemens Manufacturing Solution Architect for Tesla.
As the Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing manufacturing solutions that align with Tesla's production processes and objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of Siemens technologies, manufacturing systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both Tesla's and Siemens' product lines, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with global Tesla manufacturing and production engineering stakeholders to understand engineering process and business requirements
Work closely with product and business analysis teams to identify, document, and evaluate solution design options based on user needs and determining the best path forward for optimization and improvement of Teamcenter supported manufacturing processes
Collaborate and align with other technical CAD/PLM and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Siemens platform into Tesla's manufacturing and enterprise ecosystem
Lead the implementation and integration of Siemens manufacturing solutions into Tesla's engineering and production environments ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Provide technical and solution guidance to software development teams, ensuring alignment with manufacturing industry standards and Siemens product best practices
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve Siemens manufacturing solutions for Tesla
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Proven track record for Teamcenter implementations in multi-national companies including all phases from blueprint, configuration, training to cut-over and post go-live support
Strong knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture and its integration frameworks e.
g.
Multi-PLM, Multi CAD and other enterprise systems (ERP, MES, MRO) to Teamcenter
Working knowledge of NX Line Designer and Tecnomatix Process/Plant Simulate is a plus
Experience with the configuration and/or customization of CAD/PLM systems based on solution design documents
Experience in C/C++ programming language and TC server side (ITK & SOA), BMIDE, Java, HTML, XML and Webservices and Active Workspace Configuration and declarative programming
Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-Tier /4-Tier/ Web /Active Workspace/ Multi-CAD architecture
Demonstrate leadership ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis, be able to convince others
