Job Summary: As an entry-level technician, you will join our knowledgeable team to learn how to do maintenance, service, and install all types of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, AC systems, water heaters, and tankless water heaters.
Pay Range: $22.
00 - 30.
00/hr, depending on experience

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of HVAC installation or maintenance field experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
HVAC/technical school is preferred
Skills: Must be mechanically inclined
Tools: Must have experience working with hand and power tools
Certifications: Universal EPA Certification preferred
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Communication: Effective communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients
Time Management: Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Ability to go into crawlspaces, attics, and tight spaces.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
