Apprentices must have at least 1 year of general construction experience.
basic tools and ability to use them.
Be punctual and willing to learn and aid a journeyman in completing basic tasks.
Need Reliable transportation.
Journeyman need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of framing and carpentry and ability to independently complete tasks such as wall framing, plumb and line, roof stack, basic lay out and basic plan reading, ability to lead an apprentice.
Must also have applicable tools and reliable transportation.
Foreman need to be able to fully understand plan sets, Lay out project and see it completed on budget.
Must also be able to do job specific administration, organize receipts, time cards, job logs etc.
